On May 19 the Muskie Club hosted an orientation webinar for participants of the Muskie Club mentoring program.

The goal of the Muskie Club mentoring program is to help club members develop their professional skills by matching two people: mentee - an individual who is eager to develop specific professional skills, and mentor - an individual who has expertise in this professional area and is eager to share their experience, opinions, and perspective.

This year there are 9 mentor-mentee pairs from Moscow, other Russian cities, and abroad. Almost a half of the participants are alumni of the Muskie program, another half - alumni of other exchange programs.

The program will run till October, with mentor and mentees meeting at least bi-weekly.

The Muskie Club hosted a 1-hour orientation webinar, where program participants were provided tools to start and develop their mentoring relationship.
