Below is the checklist. If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions, please let us know NOW!
Do you:
Have sports inventory? Let us know if you can bring Frisbees,badminton, volleyball, basketball, jump ropes, petank, Twister – anything that we can play outdoors.
Have access to cheap and good meat for shashlyk? Can help in finding people to do it ‘shashlychniki’?
Have a car and willing to go shop for the meat and fruits/vegetables to the market on Reunion day?
Ready to engage your company to sponsor our picnic? We are pretty open and will accept money, food (candies, chips), drinks (be it Red Bull, Evian or Jack Daniels), company products (cosmetics, electronics for prizes in contests) as donations.
Know and can organize any fun games and activities for the crowd (karaoke, rope course, salsa master class, etc.)? Please speak up!
Think you can take good pictures? Have a good camera? Want to be a designated photographer? Let us know, and bring your equipment with you to the picnic! This is really important for the website!
Know any Muskies who are not subscribed to our listserv? Spread the word about the picnic! They are very welcome to join us.
