Requirements: |
Western educational and/or academic experience required such as undergraduate or graduate degree (masters degree preferred); • Experience in educational administration, preferably in a university or in an organization administering international student/scholar exchange programs is very encouraged; • Ability to inspire others, especially university administrators and students; • Ability to work in a fast-‐paced start-‐up environment on a diverse international team; • Excellent communication skills, including public speaking skills and outstanding writing skills, in both English and Russian; • One+ years of international study and/or work experience, preferably in an English-‐speaking country; • One+ years of experience using social media platforms in an official capacity is a plus; • Experience in program management or administrative experience, including professional experience with popular computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, and desktop publishing; • Familiar with student visa regulations in Russia, as well as in the United States and EU countries is a plus; • A “must” -‐ Ability to work in a start-‐up environment, under tremendous about of uncertainly and stress, being able to feel, appreciate and use the drive of the team; | |
